Funding Description – Supporting Digital Partnerships in Quantum Technologies (RIA)

* Standards-related work – participation in national/EU/ISO/ITU-T/ETSI committees.
* Mobility & training schemes (researcher/engineer exchanges, open access to EU & ROK quantum infrastructures).
* Road-mapping & policy recommendations for long-term EU-ROK quantum cooperation.
2. Available Budget & Funding Rate
* Total topic budget: €85 000 000 (indicative).
* EU contribution per project: typically €4–10 M; larger flagship projects possible where justified.
* Funding rate: 100 % of eligible direct costs + 25 % flat-rate for indirect costs (Horizon Europe rules).
* Lump-sum or unit-cost options for mobility may be used; otherwise standard cost-based model.

* Minimum consortium (HE Rules):
* 3 independent legal entities from 3 different EU Member States / Associated Countries (MS/AC).

* Further priorities:
