1 · Acceptance

By accessing grantsfinderai.com or purchasing a report you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement, and the Acceptable Use Policy (collectively, the "Agreement").

2 · Service

One-off AI-generated shortlist of up to five EU grant opportunities based on information you supply. Digital content is delivered immediately upon payment.

3 · Fees & VAT

€99 ex VAT per report via Stripe. VAT reverse-charged for valid EU VAT IDs. By clicking "Pay" you waive the 14-day consumer withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU.

4 · Refund

Unhappy? Email team@mail.grantsfinderai.com within 14 days, provide feedback, and we will refund in full.

5 · Acceptable Use Policy

You must not provide:

• Unlawful or infringing data
• Personal health, child (<16) or special-category data
• Content that violates export-control or sanctions law

We may suspend or delete your account instantly for AUP breaches.

6 · Intellectual Property

Site code, UI and underlying models are our IP. Reports are licensed to you for internal business use only, not for resale or public redistribution.

7 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grants Finder AI from any claim, loss or damage arising out of data or content you provide, or your breach of the Agreement.

8 · Disclaimer

Reports are "as-is". We do not guarantee grant success, completeness or accuracy; they are informational, not legal or financial advice.

9 · Liability cap

Our aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the greater of €100 or the total fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10 · Assignment & survival

We may assign or transfer this Agreement (e.g., in an acquisition) without your consent; you may not assign it without ours. Sections on fees, IP, indemnification, liability, governing law, and survival survive termination.

11 · Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., Internet outages, acts of God, governmental action).

12 · Entire Agreement & severability

This Agreement is the entire contract between us. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect, and a valid term closest to the original intent will substitute.

13 · Modifications

We may amend these Terms with 30 days' notice via email and banner. Continuing to use the Services after the effective date signifies acceptance.

14 · Governing law & venue

Dutch law governs. Exclusive venue: the competent courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
